Delivery and Returns

Postage and Handling:

Once I have received payment for your order, you will get a confirmation email and delivery will have been calculated at set rates in the cart depending on your delivery location and weight. These rates may be updated from time to time, but will never affect the cart cost of an existing or processed order.

Please be advised that no collection is possible. 

Covid19 has  impacted shipping time estimates because of new handling policies and procedures within Australia Post. Your patience and cooperation is appreciated.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notice containing the relevant shipping and tracking details.

International shipping is possible:

International shipping is possible, but will be impacted depending on your location and Covid19 restrictions. Please check your national postage service for delivery and delay updates on international shipping.

International delivery duties and Taxes:

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For most countries, this is not an issue, but if you are concerned I suggest doing some homework by contacting your local authority.

Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations Zenism is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify whether the order is dutiable “merchandise”. Zenism is prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.

Returns:

Returning your order is possible, but usually provided there has been a product fault or in the event that your product is damaged during shipping. Many of the products sold through the store are produced on demand by a valued third-party unless otherwise specified (Zenism creates the illustrations, and selects quality producers for the product you purchase). 

To minimise waste and resources, please be sure to check the size chart provided on the product page for the best possible fit. For orders that need to be returned due to an incorrect size choice, please refer to the returns policy listed with the producer on the product page.
