Zenism offers a simple range of Menswear Delivery Options
We are predominantly an online store and menswear label, meaning that your purchases will need to be sent to you. We aim to provide the best quality product and service to you, which includes our terms of delivery. Please find all the details you need for Zenism's delivery system below. Your order is shipped the following business day.
Postage and Handling:
Once I have received payment for your order, you will get a confirmation email and delivery will have been calculated at set rates in the cart depending on your delivery location and weight, according to general estimations provided by Australia Post ( 06/01/2018 ). These rates may be updated from time to time, but will never affect the cart cost of an existing or processed order.
No collection is possible.
The Standard Shipping price covers standard national delivery ( 3-6 business days ) within Australia, and item(s) will be shipped within 1 business day.
Express deliveries will be made to customers within Australia if you select the Silver or Gold option in your carts shipping options.
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notice containing the relevant shipping and tracking details with Australia Post.
International shipping is possible for All Zenism Menswear Products:
International shipping can take up to 1-4 weeks depending on your location, and we charge as small a fee as possible for all international orders. Shipping is calculated at a flat rate considering product weight according to information we have received from Australia Post estimations ( 06/01/2018 ). These tariffs may be updated in the future, but will not affect the cart cost of an existing or processed order.

International delivery duties and Taxes:
International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For most countries, this is not an issue, but if you are concerned I suggest doing some homework by contacting your local authority.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations Zenism is required to declare the exact value of all items and identify whether the order is dutiable “merchandise”. Zenism is also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
